Miles Sievwright is a trancendental musician. His guitar style brings to mind Iron & Wine and Nick Drake…and then it becomes something completely different, completely his own. I have heard him play a few shows now and have also had the immense honour of playing alongside him on couches at friends’ houses. Everywhere he plays, the world around him shifts until his melodies sing new galaxies of stars and planets into the hearts of the fortunate listening audience. This is folk, it is indie, it is dreampop, it is shoegaze…most of all, this is magic.

Miles is based in Cape Town, South Africa and spends his days teaching guitar to the young and impressionable youth. He can be found on facebook, soundcloud and youtube.
