I’m still here, where I was before when I last said hello. It’s been some time and I’ve done nothing much at all and that’s been amazing. I’ve slept a lot, climbed trees a lot, swum a lot, read a LOT and felt the rollercoaster emotions of the seeker I am.
If I can make a suggestion, I would say go and read Animal, Vegetable, Miracle by Barbara Kingsolver immediately! Tangible, delicious and eye-opening.
Here are some more photos taken on my old pentax k-1000 fully manual film camera. I love film, I love how much it has slowed me down. No chance for 100′s of quickly taken and quickly forgotten photos. Every one has a physical response, every one is a distinct memory of a moment I chose to consciously capture.
if you click the first photo you will be able to scroll through and read the descriptive captions which go with each pic. Enjoy!

This is the view I’ve had from my tent for the last month. Yes, it’s beautiful:)

I’ve been getting so into climbing trees again, it’s been amazing!

Another view from just outside my tent. I loved the silhouettes and pastel sky that morning.

Incredible Farmer’s Market filled with local produce, art and prepared meals. Markets are definitely among my favourite places to hang out!

I’m growing a beard and this photo from a few weeks ago is now out of date…but it shows some progress from the first one:). Next one is gonna be a winner in the beard category for sure! Thanks again to Amie for the photo! PS: you see the peach? Delicious!

This guy has the raddest beard…I get beard envy when I see him. Amped!

Every Farmer’s Market has such amazing tunes. Loads of bluegrass, acoustic, blues and country music…yummmmm

Beautiful little dome in the woods at my friend’s place…tucked away fairyland.

My awesome friend Kelly (who is an amazing illustrator) slicing her birthday cake! Great party in the woods…

So many awesome people wandering in the woods at Kelly’s birthday party. The man taking the photo on the right is Kelly awesome boyfriend Sam. Legends!

Can you see me?

I swung, it was awesome.

Made with fresh tomatos and basil from Amie’s garden, yummmmmmm

Amie’s amazing vegetables glow with inner magic…seriously delicious
I’m playing my first show at the Autumn Shindig on the Ridge in Nevada County next Saturday, which is SUPER exciting! It’s been a while:). Hope I don’t get too nervous, hehe.
That’s about all from me for now. Hope you’re doing beautifully and hope to cross paths with you again soon!
With love
Nate
